Pepijn Cox

Pepijn Cox was born in Arnhem, The Netherlands, in 1989. He has received his B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering (cum laude) in 2010 and his M.Sc. degree in Systems and Control Engineering (cum laude) in 2013, both at the Delft University of Technology (TUDelft), The Netherlands. In 2018, he obtained his Ph.D. degree in the Control Systems group at the Eindhoven University of Technology (TUe), The Netherlands. His Ph.D. topic was ‘‘Towards Efficient Identification of Linear Parameter-Varying State-Space Modelsʼʼ under the supervision of prof.dr.ir. P.M.J. Van den Hof and dr.ir. R. Tóth. He has been a postdoctoral researcher in the Control Systems group at the TUe and he is currently employed as a control engineer at Effect Photonics in Eindhoven. Pepijn Coxʼs main research interest is in linear parameter-varying (LPV) and nonlinear system identification and modeling.
